Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Halve and pit the avocados, scoop out the meat and place in a medium bowl.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocado until smooth.
  • To the same bowl, add diced red onions, kosher salt, lime juice, and fresh cracked black peppercorn. Mix to combine.
  • Add more salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
