The best strawberry boba tea uses real fruit. This recipe uses strawberry, milk, sugar, and boba pearls to make a fruity and refreshing drink.
- ½ cup Strawberry syrup
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar syrup
- 1 cup Oat milk
- Boba (optional)
- ice
Steep the optional tea, put it aside and let it cool down a bit. Make sure you make a concentrated tea because it will get diluted with the water.
To make homemade strawberry syrup, use the recipe for strawberry coulis, or make your own by adding 1 cup of fresh strawberries to 1 cup of sugar. Add 1 cup of boiling water, then mix it so the ingredients start to mush together.
Add boba. Use the boba recipe, or make it by boiling water and adding boba then stirring for 5 minutes, for a quick boba recipe.
Add sugar. Use the brown sugar syrup recipe, or add sugar straight to this drink.
Add 1/2 cup of tea, optional.
Add 1/2 cup of milk, add more if you're not using any tea.
Add ice cubes.
Enjoy your strawberry milk bubble tea!
