This lychee boba drink is refreshingly sweet and floral. It has hints of strawberry and pears. Blend with ice and creamy milk to make a snowy icy dessert.
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup lychee from can (drained and saved syrup)
- ½ cup syrup from canned lychee ((or brown sugar syrup))
- 4 cups ice
- ¼ cup brown sugar boba (optional)
- 2 lychees (optional, chopped into bits)
Blend coconut milk, lychee, syrup, and ice together. Keep blending until the ice is superfine, like a snowy texture.
Prepare brown sugar boba then put boba in the cup. Scoop the blended icee into the cup.
Optional: Chop some fresh lychee into small pieces and top your drink with some chopped lychee bits.
Drop in your boba straw and serve immediately.
