Iced coffee version of Matcha Milk Tea
- 2 teaspoon high-quality matcha
- ¼ C water room temperature
- ½ C milk or non-dairy alternative
- 2 oz brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled to room temperature)
- 2 teaspoon granulated sugar (sweetener (or to taste))
- 6 large ice cubes
In a small bowl, add matcha and room temperature water. Whisk very briskly back and forth in a straight line in a M or W shape for about 20-30 seconds until all the clumps are gone.
Add cold milk and coffee.
Add sweetener to taste. Stir to mix.
Add ice.
