Iced coffee version of Matcha Milk Tea

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon high-quality matcha
  • ¼ C water room temperature
  • ½ C milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 2 oz brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled to room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar (sweetener (or to taste))
  • 6 large ice cubes

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, add matcha and room temperature water. Whisk very briskly back and forth in a straight line in a M or W shape for about 20-30 seconds until all the clumps are gone.
  • Add cold milk and coffee.
  • Add sweetener to taste. Stir to mix.
  • Add ice.
